Bio: At EPS-Triathlon athletes vary from developing juniors to elite aspirations. Age Group World Championship contenders, Ironman and Half-Ironman athletes, age groupers just starting out in triathlon, seasoned competitors and adult athletes hoping to rehabilitate from injury or take on new challenges in their triathlon careers.

With all the athletes coach, EPS Triathlon focuses always on technique and gaining improvement from swimming, cycling or running efficiently, as well as spreading the athlete's training time across the three disciplines in the most effective manner.

EPS triathlon programme, enables the sessions to be balanced with each other, as opposed to getting a swim programme from a swim coach, a bike programme from a bike coach and a run programme from a run coach.

EPS Triathlon offers Junior and Senior triathletes alike who join the programme coaching, on an individual basis. Each athlete is supplied with individualised coaching at any session they attend and a written personalised programme which is triathlon specific. EPS Triathlon do not have large numbers at their training sessions. EPS-Triathlon specialises in helping individuals of all ages and levels achieve their goals and maintain good health.

EPS Triathlon offers personalised programmes and professional coaching and have the only Victorian triathlon coach who is qualified in all three disciplines,swimming, cycling and running. EPS Triathlon offer triathlon squads, triathlon coaching and triathlon programmes with periodised Sprint and Olympic programmes begin with a two week rest immediately following the last race and then move on as follows, Recovery & Transition: 4 or 5 weeks,
General Preparation 9 weeks, Specific preparation 12 weeks, Pre-Competition 9 weeks, Competition 17 to 18 weeks.

The Ironman/Ironwoman programmes are build around two 17 week Specific Preparation and Specific Recovery periods with one ten to thirteen week block and one three to seven week block devoted to basic speed and low end aerobic endurance.
